Any deviation from bench-marked data points is reported immediately to customer’s nominated staff by real people in our remote alarm monitoring bureau based in the UK and operating 24/7 all year round. Fully audited electronic email and SMS notification is also available.
All incidents are recorded and also available to view in the Tutela GUI and provide a rock-solid audit trail within the Tutela web-based system.
